Allen began building houses as a teenager with his family’s residential land development business. He first came to East Texas in 2012 with his own remodeling company to revitalize an Azalea District estate.
Later as an investigator with Fannie Mae, he worked to help America recover our residential real estate industry. Allen then spent a decade as a lobbyist fighting on behalf of home owners, their families and their personal property rights.
“The part I enjoy the most about being a real estate agent is finding pretty homes for clients… or homes that can be pretty again.”
Whether a buyer or seller, real estate transactions usually represent a life transition. Allen takes pride in helping his clients find little victories through the many steps to closing on a property.
